Setting a New Standard for Daily Reporting
How SowOps standardized company-wide reporting practices to support exceptional daily operations and long-term success
Elephant Car Wash helps drivers in Washington and Arizona achieve the sparkling vehicle of their dreams. With family roots in the car wash industry dating back to the 1950s, the ECW owners are driven to provide an exceptional car wash experience. Though ECW leadership had a great understanding of on-site daily operations, they lacked an effective system to collect consistent daily reports from all locations.
Due to insufficient infrastructure, time was being wasted and ECW managers were unable to access comprehensive company data. After reviewing the existing process, the SowOps team helped revamped the approach to daily reporting and data collection using simple, user-friendly platforms, Google Suite and Trello.
