Enhance Leadership Skills Quickly with Company Culture Transformation
How SowTalent delivered company specific leadership training program for rapid skill development and long-term success
The Elephant Car Wash mission is based on a family tradition of providing consistently excellent car wash services. Maintaining the ECW vision across many locations is key to the company's continued success. As ECW grew and evolved, they recognized that restructuring and redefining leadership training needed to be their next step, and they needed to take it ASAP. As a Nourish & Sow client for more than a year, ECW called on the SowTalent team to create curated training strategies and programs that would fit their exact needs and continue their specific mission.
